Professional Summary

Before recently joining the Lung Center of America, she worked for 12 years as a Pediatric Nurse in emergency medicine. She is also currently working as an Adjunct Nursing Faculty for two local colleges as well as a Nurse Practitioner at LCOA.

 

Ashley is passionate about nutrition and genetics. She has always been intrigued by how eating and exercise collectively affect a person's wellness and co-morbidities. She’s even studied nutrition and genetics in different cultures around the world to better understand how she can guide and help people to live healthy, happy lives. That philosophy weaves perfectly into the overall mission at LCOA. Ashley states, “I love spending time with patients, answering their questions, and helping them live out the best and healthiest versions of themselves.

Professional Experience 

12 years working in pediatrics (Emergency Medicine)

Two years working in adult Med/Surg

One year working as an FNP in Family Medicine while also doing consulting and home health

Adjunct Nursing Faculty for two local colleges currently

Two years in the hospital setting on Med Surg working also with hospice, ICU step down, telemetry and orthopedic patients
