
Dr. Fred A. Wagshul, M.D.
Dr. Wagshul completed his internship and residency in 1984 at Perth Amboy Hospital, New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry. He spent two years at Norwalk Hospital, Yale University School of Medicine, completing a pulmonary fellowship.
Dr. Wagshul has a clinical appointment with Wright State University School of Medicine and has been elected into their Alpha-Omega-Alpha Honor Society.
First among his areas of interest are the following: asthma, COPD, emphysema, acute and chronic bronchitis, and atypical bronchitis.
Dr. Wagshul is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the Ohio State Medical Association, and the Montgomery County Medical Society. Dr. Wagshul has been in private practice in South Dayton since his fellowship in 1986.

Denisea K. Mount, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Denisea attended and graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing from the Kettering College of Medical Arts, Kettering, Ohio in 1992. That degree was followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, in 2009. Denisea went on to graduate from South University, Savannah, Georgia with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 South University, Savannah, in the area of Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty.
She most recently worked as an Advanced Practice Family Nurse Practitioner at CVS Minute Clinic, Springboro, Ohio and as a Registered Nurse / Charge Nurse / Observation Unit / Emergency Room
Atrium Medical Center, Middletown, Ohio.

Ashley Dishion, NP
Ashley knew she was destined to help people in third grade after viewing an actual surgery on TV with her classmates. “I just knew I wanted to help people, and becoming a nurse seemed like a great path to fulfilling that dream.”
Ashley attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 as well as degrees in the science of nursing from Cincinnati State in 2012 and The Ohio University in 2014, plus a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University 2020. You might call Ashley an overachiever!
Before recently joining Lung Center of America, she worked for 12 years as a Pediatric Nurse in emergency medicine. She is also currently working as an Adjunct Nursing Faculty for two local colleges as well as a Nurse Practitioner at LCOA.

Julie Eversole, Operations Manager
Julie Eversole has been our Operations Manager since 2015. Julie has extensive experience in medical management.
At LCOA, Julie is responsible for day-to-day operations, including billing, marketing, project management, employee relations, and human resources.
Julie completed course work at Wright State University and is a member of the American Medical Association.

Tish, Office Manager,
Medical Assistant, M.A.
Tish oversees the day-to-day function of the practice. Specific tasks include the patient environment and patient safety making sure all our patients experience is the best care.
She is also responsible for the administrative side at LCOA including staff and policy compliance, purchasing, problem solving, and effective communications both internally and for our patients.
