WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT
Our first priority is the patient! That’s why we designed the Lung Center of America with YOU in mind. Your every comfort is our concern as we work together to help you breathe easy for life! Your visit to LCOA starts with convenient parking and easy entry, plus we’ll welcome you with a smile. Each new patient will fill out the New Patient Forms (4 pages). No doctor referrals are required (unless required by your insurance), but we do ask that you bring a Photo ID, Insurance Card, and Medication List. Once we get you checked in, we invite you to relax in our comfortable, contemporary office.
