Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response

Authored by - Julie Eversole, Operations Manager at the Lung Center of America

The Lung Center of America is working diligently to maintain a safe and clean clinic.

We are following all CDC guidelines as well as the Governor of Ohio recommendations.

So, what has changed at Lung Center of America?

  • Waiting Room All patients are asked to call the office when they arrive to the office. We are not having you wait in the waiting room, rather having you stay in your car until a room is open.

  • Screening All patients are asked a series of questions about symptoms and travel. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID, you will be asked to change your in-house consultation to a telehealth appointment (established patients only).

  • When you enter the building, all patients must wash their hands with antibacterial soap for no less than 20 seconds.

  • Face Mask It is always mandatory for all patients and staff to wear a mask.

  • Sanitizing Each exam room is thoroughly disinfected with hospital-grade cleanser.

Additionally, we offer a great deal of COVID-19 information on our website.

Please visit us at www.lungcenterofamerica.org for more information.

More questions? Contact Julie at LCOA and we will be glad to assist you.
